The Position
The City’s busy Community Safety and Ranger Service team is looking for a motivated Community Safety Administration Officer to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer service and administration focused professional.
Day-to-day activities will vary, so the applicant will need to be able to adapt while working in a small, supportive team. The suitable candidate will be required to liaise with members of the community, updating the City’s records and providing administrative support to the Business Unit.
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Sound Microsoft Office skills and computer skills
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Developed level of accuracy and attention to detail specifically with data entry.
- Ability to contribute and work in a small team.
