Casual position with permanent part time opportunity (4x days a week Monday-Thursday)
As the successful applicant you will possess the following essential attributes, skills and qualifications:
- Welcoming residents, visitors and families with a friendly and warm demeanour creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
- Managing incoming calls.
- Appointment Scheduling.
- Visitor Management.
- Assisting Residents and Families addressing their queries and concerns and connecting them with the appropriate staff members when necessary.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as rostering, filing, data entry maintaining records, mail.
- Staff Scheduling.
- Managing Shift Changes.
- Previous administration experience within the Aged Care industry.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and experience in customer service.
- Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines.
- Skills in using Microsoft packages and electronic systems – Outlook, MS teams, Excel, and Word.
- Must have valid working rights in Australia.
- Ability to work within the philosophy, vision, mission, values and framework of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
- Consent to a criminal record check (police check certificate or willing to apply for one).
- Attend a functional assessment.
- Covid-19 vaccination preferred.
