an experienced, events professional to join our friendly team. We are offering a casual role initially with tremendous scope for growing alongside us. There is plenty of working flexibility with this role with shifts ranging across all days of the week, and penalty rates paid on weekends.

About The Role:
• The position is responsible for delivering our awesome events, liaising with our clients ensuring that their expectations are met, whilst managing waiting staff and on the job training, ensuring our standards are adhered too.
• Relationship management – managing our loyal customers and ensuring the highest levels of customer service.
• Room for growth in the role
• Responsible for ensuring our standards and procedures are followed
• Responsible for working constructively with our staff to boost conficdence and capacity, implementing on the job training with our event team under the guidance of the Venue Supervisor.
• Offering a base hourly rate of $34.79 per hour Monday to Friday and penalty rates apply on evenings and weekends.
About You:
• You are a hands-on person that leads by example and thrives on training the next generation
• You have a good understanding of the events industry from catering or a hotel background.
• You have a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Availability must afternoon/evening shifts, and weekends also.
• You have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• You will have a willingness to multitask
• You have an eye for detail and an appreciation of great food and wine
• You are hardworking and have a positive, enthusiastic attitude
• You are inspired to support community service and community access to the arts.
