Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient resolution of IT-related problems.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving before escalating issues to the supervisor.
- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems and networks.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Strong passion for IT and a genuine interest in staying informed about the latest technological advancements.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.

- Initiative to troubleshoot issues independently before seeking supervisor assistance.
Position Details:
- Job Title: Casual Computer Technician
- Hours: Maximum of 15 hours per week
- Possibility of conversion to a traineeship based on performance and mutual interest
