Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient resolution of IT-related problems.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving before escalating issues to the supervisor.
• Assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems and networks.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Strong passion for IT and a genuine interest in staying informed about the latest technological advancements.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.

Position Details:

• Job Title: Casual Computer Technician
• Hours: Maximum of 15 hours per week
• Possibility of conversion to a traineeship based on performance and mutual interest
