We are One Peninsula Health.What You Will Be Doing Peninsula Health has exciting new opportunities for a Food Services Supervisor to join our Catering team on a casual basis on call as required. The Food Service Supervisors, together with the Executive Chef, are responsible for ensuring delivery of a high-quality food service to patients across Peninsula Health sites. The role includes training new staff, roster co-ordination, managing food service operations and day to day supervision of staff as needed to deliver a quality service in these areas.What You NeedWe anticipate you will have:â¢tCertificate II in Food Safety and food safety supervisors certificateâ¢tHas good clear communication skills and is able to prepare letters, emails and reports using clear, concise and grammatically correct language.â¢tBuilds a cohesive team with clarity around goals and accountabilities.â¢tIdentifies and responds to stakeholders underlying needs and actively promotes and manages change.â¢tRegularly plans and tracks progress on work tasks by taking responsibility for corrective action and promptly looks for continuous improvementâ¢tClearly defines role expectations, monitors performance, provides timely and constructive feedback and facilitates employee developmentWhat NextIf you experience any issues signing in or registering, please feel welcome to contact us - the People, Experience & Performance Team on (03) 9784 2700.
