About the role

The Food Services supervisor has a key role in the Food Services leadership group.

The supervisor is responsible for guiding & directing the Food Services team members to provide our patients with appropriate meal items in a positive, safe and timely manner.

About you

To be successful in this role you will possess:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar supervising role, preferably within healthcare.
• Good knowledge and understanding of food safety and food safety plans 
• Valid (within last 5 years) & accredited Food Safety certificate HLTFSE001 or HLTFSE005. 
• Well-developed interpersonal and leadership experience
• A strong commitment to high quality care
• The ability to work as part of a diverse team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Good problem solving skills and a willingness to teach and learn as required
