About the role
This is a brand-new role within the Food Services Department! The Food Service Supervisor assist the Food Services Coordinator with the day to day functions of the department. These include replacing staff to cover shifts, ensure food belts are compliant with set time frames, supervise staff and ensure there is compliance with the Food Safety Plan and adequate supplies at all times.
The Food Services Supervisor will have high coordination and organisational skills with the ability to guide and lead in the absence of the Food Services Coordinator. The ideal candidate will hold Level 2 Food Safety Supervision Qualification and have experience in the field.
