Casual Lecturers - Data Analytics (School Of It & Engineering)

Melbourne Institute of Technology (MIT) is a leading Private institute of Higher Education with campuses in Melbourne and Sydney.  We provide IT, Networking, Analytics, Business, Accounting and Engineering (Telecommunications) programs, at bachelor’s and master’s degree levels, to domestic and international students. 

We are inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to teach postgraduate and undergraduate courses in Data Analytics, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence within the School of IT & Engineering. 

Melbourne CBD campus. 

Commencing mid-March 2024

• Doctorate degree in a related discipline to teach postgraduate level
• A minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience at the tertiary level.
• Demonstrated exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills.
• Graduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education or equivalent qualification.
• Online/eLearning experience would be an advantage. MIT utilises Moodle. 
• Expertise in Data Analytics, and data modelling and programming
• Proficiency in Python for Data Analytics.
• Industry experience is desirable.
