Responsibilities:
- Patient interaction: Greet, assist, and schedule appointments for podiatry services.
- Money handling: Collect payments, verify insurance, and manage financial transactions.
- Sterilization and maintenance: Oversee proper sterilization procedures and maintain cleanliness.
- Administrative support: Manage patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the podiatry team for seamless patient care.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Medical Receptionist, preferably in a podiatry clinic.
- Strong customer service, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in office software.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desired
- Familiarity with billing and insurance processes.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced clinic environment.
- Flexibility between 7.30am-6.30pm Monday to Friday
