The Role

Are you a friendly and organized individual looking for an exciting opportunity to be the face of our organization? We are currently seeking a dynamic Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Want to work Part-Time or Causal? Let us know!

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Retail customer service
• Working collaboratively within the team
• Ensuring customer care always comes first
• Fitting and sizing customers
• Basic administration
• Maintaining a clean working environment
• Visual Merchandising
• Opening and Closing of the clinic/store
• Use of Pos, Eftpos and HICAPS Provide administration support to our podiatrists
• Answering incoming calls
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Using our practice management system to book clients appointments
• Handling confidential medical information

About you

We expect that our staff are enthusiastic and driven in their thirst for knowledge and development. There are endless development opportunities for the right person! 

Ideal candidates will have: 

• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Professional phone etiquette
• Can sell ice to an Eskimo
• Prior retail experience in footwear is NOT essential
• A genuine approach to people
• A passion to exceed targets
• The ability to think on your feet :)
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holiday periods
