Beachcomber International Resort is looking for a Casual receptionist to join their team 12 hours per week. The primary duties of this role include front office reception and administration.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests
- Ensure smooth check in and check out process
- Complete all required administration tasks as required
- Attend to all guest requests efficiently and promptly in a professional manner
- Be solution focused for customer inquiries and complaints
- Knowledge of surrounding local area
- Various other duties as they come to hand to assist in the smooth operation of the resort.
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Exceptional customer services skills
- Well presented & effective communication skills
- Computer literacy including accurate data entry
- Self-motivated and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours when require
