Bass Coast Skin Doctors is a rapidly growing clinic based in Wonthaggi, Victoria.
We are a dedicated, standalone Skin Cancer and Cosmetic Clinic that offers a range of services including Skin Cancer diagnosis and management, general dermatology and skin rejuvenation.
Our clinical director is well regarded in the industry and an accredited doctor with the Skin Cancer College Australasia. He has been practicing exclusively in the skin arena for more than 10 years.
We have a strong customer service team dedicated to streamlining administrative processes that work to support the clinical team and patient experience.
We are looking for an experienced receptionist to join our dynamic team.

Your skills and experience include:
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Capacity to work independently, show initiative and work productively within a team environment
- Previous experience in a medical reception position
- Ability to process invoices and payments
- Experience using Medical Director/ Pracsoft or similar booking system
- An understanding of the Medicare Benefits Schedule and billing
- Social media experience desired but not essential
The Job:
- Some permanant casual hours may be available to cover up coming maternity leave
- Must be flexible for other days/holiday leave
- Product sales
- Day to day medical administration
- Phone calls, emails and faxing
- Supporting the clinical team by managing the booking system appropriately
- Self learning in regards to our products and treatments is required
