A leading automotive and lifestyle accessories manufacturer is searching for their newest Category Manager. In this newly created role, you'll oversee a product portfolio, developing and executing strategies aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyse market research to understand customer needs and trends
- Develop and implement product strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products
- Create and maintain product roadmaps based on customer needs and business goals
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from development to end-of-life
- Use data to improve product quality and profitability
- Manage product budgets to meet financial targets
- Communicate product updates to stakeholders
- Developing and executing product strategies, conducting market research, and overseeing the entire product lifecycle.
- Managing complex projects, from development to post-launch support.
- Understanding the business environment, including customer needs and financial targets, to make informed decisions.
- Developing long-term plans aligned with the organization's strategy
- Effectively communicating with cross functional stakeholders
- Analyzing data to improve product quality and profitability
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a product management or related field
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication an interpersonal skills
- Experience working in an agile development experience
- Knowledge of product development process and methodologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional tea,
- Experience managing product budgets and forecasts
