We are seeking to appoint a full time Dining Room and Catering Supervisor for a school on Sydney's Lower North Shore. The Role: Monday - Friday6am - 2pm You will be responsible for: Management of the canteen and dining room Cooking a variety of healthy & nutritious freshly made snacks and drinks Monitoring and promoting kitchen hygiene & food safety practices Monitoring food costs, ordering and stock replenishment Cleaning of kitchen areas and dish-washing Setting up for morning teas and events Small function deliveries About
