Centre Director - Malvern East

Suitable applicants must have the following:
- Bachelor or diploma early childhood qualification
- Level 2 First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
- WWCC and or Victorian Institute of Teaching card.
- Right to work in Australia
- A minimum of 1-2 years of Centre Director experience
You will also be required to:
- Report directly to your Area Manager and attend regular monthly meetings.
Essential skills and competencies
- Experience and knowledge of early childhood development and education.
- Effective time management skills
- Communicate effectively with Senior Management, parents, other staff and professionals.
- Ability to work in a cooperative, flexible, and professional manner with children, parents, staff and Senior Management.
- Strong leadership and self-motivation skills
