Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Centre Director to lead the team and ensure the smooth operation of this amazing childcare centre.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Provide strong leadership and direction to the centre staff, fostering a collaborative and nurturing environment.
• Compliance: Ensure that the centre complies with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of dedicated educators and support staff.
• Program Development: Oversee the development and implementation of a high-quality curriculum that promotes children's learning and development.
• Parent Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents and guardians, ensuring open communication and addressing their concerns.
• Financial Management: Manage the centre's budget effectively to ensure its financial sustainability.
• Safety and Wellbeing: Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and staff, adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role in an early childhood education setting.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA Assessed and Qualified)
• Strong understanding of the EYLF, state and local childcare regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal.
• Leadership and team management experience.
