We are seeking a highly motivated Centre Manager to oversee the operations and success of Central Square Ballarat and Thompsons Parkway. As the Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional client service, driving foot traffic, and maximising the return on investment for our valued clients.An overview of the role:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of the center in conjunction with the Operations Manager.
- Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and forecasts to meet the objectives of the center.
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements, including timely collection of all lease-associated payments.
- Maintain tenant and contractor records and files, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal obligations.
- Actively monitor and reduce arrears to minimise financial risk.
- Manage accounts payable invoices and accurately bill recoverable costs to tenants.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing strategies and events.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, local business communities, and authorities.
- Provide leadership to the centre staff, setting objectives, and guiding their development.
