Centre Manager - Play And Learn The Gap

Play and Learn The Gap is a small centre, with a big heart, who is looking for a new Centre Manager to join our community, and lead our team.

Our community is diverse and unique, and we believe that play should be valued as a way of learning about children’s interests, skills, and beliefs.

We are looking for someone who believes that strong relationships with children, educators and families are behind quality outcomes and programs that benefit our children and wider community.

The Role –

Ensuring a warm, welcoming environment for children, families, and educators.

Building relationships with our children, families, educators, and wider community.

To mentor and inspire our team of educators.

Ensuring Play and Learns policies and procedures are implemented and embedded at the service.

Maintaining financial accounts and reports and preparing rosters.

Ensuring the service is always compliant with our industry’s regulations.

The Requirements –

Must hold at least a Diploma qualification.

Industry experience leading a team.

Current First Aid, CPR, Blue Card, and Child Safety training.

Excellent communication skills.

A strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF and regulations.
