ABOUT THE TEAM

Network Assets & Assurance (NA&A) team at Metro includes more than 2000 people from Infrastructure, Innovation, Engineering, Rolling Stock, OCMS (Operational Control Management Systems), Strategic Asset Management and Planning and Integration.

The NA&A team manage the change to the network - ensuring that the asset outcome is safe, reliable and sustainable, both today and into the future.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Sitting within NA&A, the Change Analyst is responsible for the development and delivery of targeted change management and communication plans and activities to support the Metro Tunnel Project.

This position works with various business areas across MTM to support real-time operational, maintenance, employee and passenger focused information that will result in substantial opportunities, including increased employee engagement by making work easier, and cost savings which can be redirected back into the business.

Reporting to the People Readiness Lead you will be responsible for planning, developing, coordinating and delivering a range of change and communications activities to meet the individual needs of Metro Tunnel Transition across the NA&A business.

You will be involved in:

  • Stakeholder Analysis & Engagement
  • Change Plan / Strategy
  • Change Impact Assessments
  • Communication Plan / Strategy
  • Execute Project Communications, stakeholder engagement and education strategies
  • Facilitation / Training to support project implementation
Please note: This position is available as a Full Time, 6 (six) month maximum term.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development and implementation of Project Communications, stakeholder engagement and education strategies
  • Effective delivery of change activities
  • Provide ongoing change management support for the team.
  • Ensure that change related processes and tasks reflect and address change complexities
  • Execute key change activities and deliverables across the life of program e.g. Impact Analysis, stakeholder identification and analysis, change readiness analysis, risk mitigation planning and change communications in an innovative & digitised way
ABOUT YOU
  • Relevant tertiary studies or qualifications of a suitable business discipline, preferably with human resources, business analysis, change or organisational development focus
  • Advanced skills in the MS Suite of products, including PowerPoint, is essential
  • Understanding of complex operational environments preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous.
