The Opportunity:
You will work alongside experience Change and Project Managers as well as joining a well-established project team to play an important role in the implementation phase of the organisations high profile initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct change impact assessments.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
- Support the communication and engagement effort for IT projects.
- Work with project team members, change champions and stakeholders in the formation of change plans and change activities to support project implementation.
- Assist with the design and development of training materials and training logistics to support training delivery.
- Development of user guides, quick reference guides and knowledge articles for new or changed IT systems.
- Track and report issues related to the change management process.
- Support change management at the organizational level.
You have proven experience in a Change Analyst role supporting the implementation of the enterprise IT System as well as an excellent understanding of Change Management Principles, techniques, and tools.
You have the ability to articulate and deliver messages to a variety of audiences on top of strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with a range of stakeholders. You’re flexible and adaptable, and able to work in ambiguous situations whilst also being resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
