Key Accountabilities:
- Support strategic decision making of senior leaders, by providing strategic change advice and data driven insights on transformation activities through maintaining partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support the development and implementation of the stakeholder engagement strategy and communications plan
- Provide advice to project teams on change management frameworks and align advice to the Departments policy frameworks and strategic direction, embedding change management practices across Departments and clients
- Supporting the development of a Change Management Framework, tools and templates
- Working closely with the EL1 Change Manager to provide guidance and advice on industry best practice change management
- Engage and influence key internal and external stakeholders and build and maintain effective networks and relationships to achieve the change management objectives
- Working with client areas to assess, plan for, and implement change initiatives
- Supporting the tracking of change impacts across the project
- Certification in change management is desirable
Selection Criteria:
- Must have Baseline Clearance (or higher)
- Strong change management experience
- Certification in Change Management
- Demonstrated in working in a complex cross government environment.
- Experience working within an Agile software delivery environment.
- Location: preferably Canberra, but can be any major Australian city
