About the role
In this newly created role, you will support users to adopt to a new or updated systems and processes to ensure business process is running smoothly using the technology.
You will deliver a range of change activities including assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation of change programs. Additionally, you will support the project team in ensuring all aspects of Change, Communication and Training have been planned and delivered, generating buy-in to the solution and ensuring organisational alignment to deliver the business benefits of the change.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and implement change activities to support the successful implementation of the project
- Conduct stakeholder mapping exercises to understand stakeholders impacted and the scale of the impact to manage the change
- Coach and support to leaders and users before and after system go-live, ensuring smooth adoption and engagement
- Conduct change impact assessments across people, technology and process using change methodologies to support change management activities.
- Coordinate training sessions with user group and document change activities
- Undertake current and future state gap analysis and assess changes and impacts
About you:
You will have strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to facilitate discussion and workshops with end users. You will have the ability to understand the business impact and needs to explore appropriate ways of working.
Key skills and experience:
- Proficient in workshop facilitation, digital training material development
- Experience supporting Change and Training initiatives across complex technology projects
- Demonstrated ability in managing change on multiple projects at one time
- Experience of change management within a large complex organisation
- Good understanding of associated finance business processes & legislative requirements
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable only)
