About the Role:
Currently looking for a District Manager in Training, this role will see you overseeing the profitable sales and operations of multiple stores. Initially, you will come on board to support with the first NSW store opening, overtime you will grow to managing multiple locations, a warehouse location and moving into the District Manager position.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the work of the management team and entire store team of up too 100 members of staff
- Manage store performance to meet sales, profit, and productivity targets
- Oversee merchandising, sales floor execution, and donation management
- Drive customer and donor service excellence, ensuring a positive experience for all
- Maintain a safe work environment and promote loss prevention awareness
- Develop partnerships with local organizations and drive community engagement initiatives
- 3+ years of management experience within high stock volume environments
- Proven track record of delivering top-tier financial results
- Strong analytical skills and sound judgment
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Comfortable with technology and business productivity software
- Strong value alignments in supporting local charities and recycling initiative
- $75-95K + Super depending on experience
