- 2 days from an RACP office location per week,

The RACP is undertaking a broad program of change to its training programs and supporting systems. This includes two major interdependent projects: Curricula Renewal and development of a Training Management Platform (TMP) to support the implementation of the new curricula.
The role of the Change Lead is to support the implementation of TMP project which is currently in-progress and is being built on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
The Change Lead will possess a deep understanding of change management principles, coupled with expertise in digital transformations, ensuring smooth transitions, user adoption, and realization of business benefits from the technology; and will need to closely collaborate with the Curricula Renewal change management team. This role will also evolve to lead the Change management activities for other integrated planned initiatives in the college e.g. CRM and Finance system enhancements.
Desired Skills and Experience
The Successful Candidate
We are seeking a Change Manager/Lead with demonstrated experience in an agile and complex digital transformation environment with multiple stakeholders. Essential attributes include:
- Experience using change methodologies such as ADKAR & PROSCI.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
- Experience in document writing and working with vendors.
- Experience in developing and delivering training material and programs.
- Extensive knowledge and skills in stakeholder management, change management planning, governance, strategy, engagement, business impact analysis, business readiness, and reinforcement and embedding.
- Experience working in member associations/member-based organisation.
