AddressWe have a requirement for PV cleared Change Managers who will be responsible for the delivery and implementation of change management strategies that support successful delivery of major projects and initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Undertaking change analysis activities, assess people change impacts and identifying and preparing change risk mitigations.
- Preparing a range of materials including (but not limited to) change, training, and communication plans in collaboration with sponsors, users, and project teams.
- Conducting workshops as required.
- Creating compelling and informative content, ensures timely delivery of key messages.
- Developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships.
- Support & provision of change coaching to sponsors and senior executives.
- 2 to 5+ years of relevant change management experience
- Experience in undertaking change analysis activities, including assessing people change impacts.
- Experience in preparing change strategies and plans, and communication plans.
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement.
- Desirable: Experience developing and implementing change management strategies for ICT related projects.
- Desirable: PROSCI, APMG or equivalent change management certification
Location: This role is required to be performed in Canberra, ACT.
Contract Terms: Contract term of 12 months with 2x 12 month extensions possible at clients discretion.
SFIA Level required: The Specified Person will be expected to demonstrate attributes of SFIA Level of Responsibility 3-6 in CIPM
Security Requirements: Current Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) security clearance OR have held a TSPV in the previous 12 month period (which has since been downgraded). Candidates will need to be willing to undergo pre-employment checks which may include, ID and work rights, security clearance verification and any other client requested checks.
