We are looking for an experienced organizational change management (OCM) and communication professional who is passionate about contributing and supporting successful delivery across a range of projects in our IT Division.
The role provides the opportunity to influence and shape strategic approaches to communicating change for the IT Division and to support several projects through targeted communication and change activities. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work closely with the Division’s executive team and our stakeholders.

Deliverables
The Deliverables for the Organizational Change Manager include, but are not limited to the following:
As agreed, between the Team Leader and contractor/company representative in respect of the Specified Personnel upon commencement
Required Skills and Experience
- Ability to advise and support stakeholders including Executive/Senior Executive staff, leadership, and the project teams to maximize adoption of new or changed technologies
- Experience in creating and executing communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of the change
- Tracking progress and reporting
- Supporting the OCM Lead with Program change activities including communication, engagements, capability uplift, developing guidance materials etc.
- Collaborate with Projects, IT Division, and business areas to communicate and engage stakeholders through the change process, ensuring understanding and buy-in.
- Create and distribute regular Program-wide communications, such as presentations, talking points, updates, and announcements, to keep stakeholders informed.
- Develop training and support materials to build capability and readiness.
- Experience with Technology program implementations especially M365
- Knowledge of/experience in and accreditation in change management methodology such as PROSCI will be highly regarded.
- Proficiency in visual communications, and data analysis will be extremely valuable.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically.
- Great organizational, project, and time management skills.
- Ability to problem solve and identify continuous improvement ideas.
