About the role:
As an Organisational Change Manager Leads Strategic and High-Value High-Risk procurements and projects (end to end), you will engage with stakeholders (market, staff and interagency) in relation to select acquisition and contract matters and manage probity administration and procurement secretariat functions for select procurements.
Duties:
- Applying a structured methodology and lead change management activities;
- Assessing the change impacts to various stakeholder audience groups.
- Completing Change Impact Assessments.
- Creating Change Management Strategy - based on the nature of the change and the groups being impacted.
- Creating and executing Communication Strategy and Plans.
- Developing communication products.
- Identifying potential risks, points of resistance and prepare specific plans to mitigate or address these
- Working with relevant areas to create a set of actionable and targeted set of change management plans - including communications plan, sponsor roadmap, training plan.
- Taking a lead role in the execution of change management plans.
- Supporting and engaging with senior leaders.
- Coordinating efforts with other change management specialists.
- Identifying and reporting on any change management related issues.
- Evaluating and ensuring stakeholder readiness for change.
- Managing stakeholders.
- Defining and measuring success metrics and monitor change progress.
- Supporting change management at the Organisational level.
- Transfer skills and knowledge to departmental staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation in relation to business and technical requirements; and
- Undertake other tasks as reasonably required.
