About the company
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Federal Government Agency to engage an EL1 Change Manager. This position is located in their busy ACT office for an initial contract until the 30/06/2024
About the PositionTo guide leaders and staff through the change process and ensure the
change is being implemented through strong leadership, communication, collaboration and interaction with other key activities.
Duties
- Lead the organisational change management for multiple projects
- Conduct information gathering activities with the project team
- Develop internal and external change impact analysis and change readiness plans
- Develop and implement change management strategy and plans
- Stakeholder engagement, management and communications
- Provide strategic change management advice to the project teams
- Provide advice on new operating models
- Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Coach leaders, managers and supervisors and
- Preferred candidates will have experience delivering a wide range of people change programs, with a strong relationship management or business engagement background.
- This is not an ICT Change Manager but a people collaboration and connection role
- Must be an Australian Citizen
