Your OpportunityWe are searching for a
Change Manager, with experience in HRIS or payroll & timekeeping systems, to lead the charge in designing, managing, and implementing change initiatives for the organisation, while also developing robust communication strategies.You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse array of stakeholders, both internal and external to our organisation, ensuring a smooth transition to Kronos Dimensions for our sites. Your key responsibilities will be to:- Collaborate with HR Operations Manager, PMO Head, Project Manager, team, SMEs, end users, communications team, and experts to plan change management and project communications, enabling mindset and workflow shifts.
- Manage stakeholders and facilitate internal and external consultation, communication and negotiation
- Develop and implement tools, materials and a robust methodology to increase the level of change effectiveness with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in, solution readiness and adoption
- Responsible for the overall effectiveness of change management plans in relation to stakeholder management, communication, training, coaching and resistance management
- Report to Project Steering Committee on progress and risks through implementation of change management and communications plans
Requirements for Success- Knowledge of Kronos Dimensions or other Time & Attendance or Payroll Systems desirable
- Experience in transitioning IT related projects with a good understanding of project management
- 5+ years in Change Management
- Exposure to large Transformation projects will be highly regarded, as will Change Management certifications and/or relevant academic qualifications
- Effective communication and active listening skills, demonstrating the ability to present information, decision and reasons confidently, clearly and concisely selecting the appropriate medium
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity
