Your new company
Based in Melbourne’s CBD, this government organisation is seeking a Change Manager to provide temporary relief across a variety of people related change activities as they relocate 500 staff to a new office, while also developing and embedding new ways of working for 6 months.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualifications in Human Resources Management, and/ or similar discipline
- Proven track-record using change management methodologies across large complex organisations
- Demonstrated experience conducting, identifying and managing people related impact assessment, risk mitigation, engagement, capability uplift and resistance management
- Previous experience working within the Victorian Public Service (VPS) is highly regarded and preferred
