Form of workEden Ritchie is seeking a Change Manager to ensure a good outcome to Department's Corporate Services Organisational Changes.
- 3 month contract with possible extension
- Brisbane CBD location
As the Change Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Be hands-on in all aspects of the work.
- Assess work functions pre and post change, ensuring nothing is missed and bring the team along the journey.
- Develop a communications plan and generate various communication products appropriate to audience.
- Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to ensure nothing is missed, people are heard and all understand where we are headed to ensure we end up with a great outcome.
- Coach/mentor senior management on change.
- Provide other relevant assistance in this change journey.
