Reporting to the Program Change Manager for this large-scale transformation initiative, you will play a critical role in the delivery of end-to-end change within a program workstream.
To be successful in the role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and actively engage with stakeholders to facilitate technology adoption, minimise disruption to business operations and garner maximum user support. This role is important in ensuring change practices are employed by team members both effectively and efficiently.
This is a business-critical initiative that will impact many parts of our business. To support this, we have multiple roles available across functions such as manufacturing, logistics, commercial finance, and sales operations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct change impact assessments, change leadership alignments, coaching, training, and change workshops as required.
- Manage business process and technology changes, demonstrating a people first approach
- Build partnerships across the business to ensure a complete view of change landscape.
- Build and lead a community of change agents within a workstream.
- Conduct frequent change efficiency monitoring and change readiness assessments and leverage insights to improve the workstream change agenda.
- Support change communication activities
- Support the Program Change Manager to prepare comprehensive summaries of change management activities for reporting to the Project Executive Steering Committee and other relevant audiences.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience managing large-scale organisation wide changes in a fast paced and complex organisation
- Proven FMCG experience, adept in auditor cash processes, and well-versed in the intricacies of sales and customer dynamics is required
- Deep expertise in Change leadership for implementation and platform integrations
- Ability to identify, document, and manage change impacts across people, processes, and systems and effectively support the adoption of these changes.
- Undergraduate tertiary qualification in HR, Organisational Change, Organisational Psychology, Business, or related discipline is desirable
- Experience implementing change in complex, distributed organisation and effectively engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Solid understanding of Change management methodologies and delivery methods
- Collaborative and adaptive approach at effectively handling competing priorities in a complex, ambiguous environment.
