Due to a period of change and growth, we are seeking a Change Management Partner to join their high performing team.
As the Change Management Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Working closely with P&C Business Partners and senior leaders to design and implement effective change strategies.
- Engaging with team leaders, heads of departments, and executive committee members to understand and address their needs throughout the change process.
- Creating and refining processes for current and future proposals, conducting people impact assessments, and preparing necessary documentation.
- Supporting leaders in managing change conversations, preparing FAQs, and rolling out communication plans.
- Collaborating with payroll, workplace relations, and the P&C team to execute changes in the system and ensure effective communication across the organization.
- Ideally you will have experience working within the HR Generalist space, with time spend in a dedicated Change Management role.
- Strong ability to build relationships and gain trust with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders and business partners.
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commercially minded with a deep understanding of the impact of organisational changes on business operations.
