Attribute Group is pleased to partner with this major player in the insurance industry as they seek a Change Manager. This organisation has been undergoing huge transformational change business wide and this Change Manager will focus on a key stream which will work closely with a major Telco.
Hybrid, North Sydney, 2-3 days p/w
The role:
You will play a key role in leading and implementing change management strategies across one key stream of work. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth transitions, minimize resistance, and maximize adoption of new processes and technologies.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change management plans for initiatives such as system implementations, process improvements, and organizational transformations.
- Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks, stakeholders, and areas of change readiness.
- Create communication strategies and materials to effectively convey the benefits and rationale for change to employees, clients, and stakeholders.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage relationships with internal and external partners to support change initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities, gathering feedback and making adjustments as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring alignment with change management best practices and principles.
- Proven experience in change management roles, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven experience working with IT programs
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
