Change Manager - Prosci, Kotter

A supportive and prominent Federal Government Department is looking to engage an experienced Change Manager to assist with a a major ICT implementation. The successful Change Manager will secure a 12 month contract with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months aligned with a rewarding hourly rate.

The successfulChange Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Review and implement a detailed stream communications plan;
• Review and implement a stream communications schedule for each item in the communications plan;
• Develop, apply, manage and deliver change management activities based on structured methodology (eg PROSCI, Kotter);
• Conduct business impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders as required;

The successful Change Manager will have experience in the following:

• Demonstrated experience within a similar position
• Experience working with government or large organisations would be highly beneficial
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience across change management initiatives
• Ability to develop strategies and execute change plans to support adoption of the changes required by the project(s)
