What will your typical day look like?
As a Transformation Manager within our Sales Transformation team, you will deliver a cultural change programme to drive sales excellence across the business and create positive experiences for our people and our clients. With a number of initiatives being rolled out across all parts of our business to drive sales excellence and growth for the firm over the next 12 months, your role will be to successfully develop and drive a change programme that will have impact across the business. You will bring specific knowledge and expertise in organisational change management to deliver effective transformation as part this programme. The role includes:
Designing and executing the delivery of the Sales transformation activities, i.e. change impact assessment, training, communications and stakeholder engagement related activities
Analysis of change impacts and define appropriate change actions to ensure ongoing change readiness and accelerated user adoption
Develops targeted engagement and communications approaches in order to minimise resistance and foster commitment
Collaborates with the cross-functional teams on the design and delivery of a robust training / capability development program
Management of executing role mapping processes, including the development and implementation of workforce transition and enablement approaches
Creates structured frameworks and plans to drive the execution of specific transformation initiatives
Mentoring and management of a direct report
Facilitates ongoing knowledge transition and ongoing embedment (as required)
About the team
Our Sales Transformation team sits within our Marketing, Communications and Business Development (MCBD) function which drives and delivers programs, campaigns and other marketing activities that activate the firm’s Client’s, Industries and Markets (CI&M) strategy. This team partners closely with the Clients, Industries and Markets Programs Office (CIMPO) to drive programs aligned to the CI&M strategic priorities ensuring we win and deliver impactful work for our most important clients and provide strategic advisory support and management of ongoing operational performance.
We are focussed on driving transformation through sales, as well as delivering quality, winning larger, more complex deals all the time. We are driving a stronger sales culture and sales capability, enabling our people to win bigger deals. Our sales transformation programme has been established to drive a sales capability including a number of significant initiatives across the firm, beyond the sales office. This role will include driving change across the business and working across all BUs and each of the pillars in MCBD.

We are looking for someone with;
Minimum 8+ years in a similar role or a transformation/change position
Previous experience in sales transformation, organisational change and project management is advantageous
Previous experience in managing and mentoring one or more direct reports
Ability to manage competing priorities in an agile environment
Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
Self-driven, self-motivated and a continuous learner
Can work in a team environment and collaborate for the benefit of the team
Enthusiastic and proactive
Willingness to “roll up sleeves” and take a hands-on approach to deliver
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly articulate ideas and present concepts convincingly to a range of audiences
