This leading Higher Education Organisation is currently seeking a Change Manager to work on a high profile and critical cyber security transformation project.
Your new role
As Change Manager you will work closely with the project team to deliver the end of change management and supporting communication plans. This Cyber transformation will change the technology platform being used across the organisation. You will engage and work with technical stakeholders to build and maintain collaborative networks to enable adoption and reduce resistance.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering complex technical projects and ideally have worked on a cyber project with technical specialists. You will be able to effectively execute against change management deliverables including stakeholder engagement plan, impact analysis and communication plans. The ideal candidate with have SailPoint experience.
