..and we have 2 positions available for you to join us!

We have a position for a Chef available - To be suitable for this role, you will have completed a Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery, and ideally have experience in a busy kitchen environment. You will be committed to providing a high standard of quality and consistency, have the ability to work well under pressure with a hands-on approach, and able to take direction and work well within a team environment.

We also have a 1st Year Apprentice position - To be suitable for this position, you just have to be willing to give it a go! You will learn from our incredible team, alongside courses through Drysdale, and will gain the skills and knowledge that will result in a trade qualification. This position requires someone that is willing to learn, able to take direction, able to work in a busy team environment, and able to show initiative. If you are looking for a long term career that can take you places, this is the one for you! This opportunity is open to any age applicants.

Both of these positions are full time, working split shifts (lunch & dinner) over 5 days, with 2 full days off each week, and we require people that are dedicated, respectful, reliable, friendly, and have a passion for food and cooking.
