Tilbrook Melaleuka Group (TMG) is a Western Australian family-owned enterprise that encompasses their cattle breeding program, farming, meat processing and retail, as well as their five hospitality venues that feature their home grown produce. The heart of the business is their very own Melaleuka Farm (North Dandalup) which produces beef for their venues, which are located across Perth and the Great Southern. The business' vision is to bring to the public a true paddock-to-plate experience (farm-to-table).

About the role
Depending on your skill level, or if you're only starting out, your day to day duties may vary in the kitchen. Generally, you will start out on doing day shifts and will be trained on other aspects of working in the kitchen such as:
- Learning how to handle knives and other equipment
- Developing knife skills - learning to cut different types of meat, vegetables, etc.
- Learn on how to control food portions
- Assist with food preparation alongside other chefs
- Supporting kitchen staff during service
- Other general chef duties as required
