Apprentice Chef – 1st year

We have an apprentice position (any age) available for an immediate start at the Lighthouse Hotel. This position is a full time position, working split shifts (lunch and dinner) over 5 days, with 2 full days off per week.

If you’ve finished school and are looking for a rewarding career, or you’re between jobs and wondering what your next step is, or looking for something completely different to roles you’ve had previously – this could be for you!

As an Apprentice Chef, you will be provided with on-the-job training, along with courses through Drysdale, resulting in a trade qualification, as well as becoming a valued member of our team, and the Goodstone Group as a whole.

If you are willing to learn from the beginning, are honest, hard working, able to follow instruction, reliable, creative, friendly and can work well within a team, as well as working solo – come and join our busy, productive kitchen team.
