JOB DESCRIPTION
We are pleased to say our last two apprentices have just completed their trade are are ready to explore what's next, so we are looking for the next star to join our team.
You will be trained under the expertise of Giuseppe Di Bella, an international chef who gained his experience working at a Michelin Star Restaurant under the guidance of Marco Pierre White. We are looking to foster your creativity and dedication to transform quality local ingredients into experiences that delight and inspire our guests.
Some desirable qualities in the applicant would consist of:
- Enthusiasm for the culinary arts and a genuine passion for creating exceptional dishes.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges, demonstrating adaptability.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Commitment to maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety.

- Tuesday: Afternoon, Evening
- Wednesday: Afternoon, Evening
- Thursday: Afternoon, Evening
- Friday: Afternoon, Evening
- Saturday: Afternoon, Evening
- No experience required for this role
- Working rights required for this role
