1st Year Apprentice & Qualified Chef

We need to expand our kitchen crew! We have chef and apprentice positions available now.. So, come and join our busy, productive, fast-paced kitchen.

We are looking for a 1st Year Apprentice (any age), someone that is looking for a career change, a school leaver, or maybe you just haven’t quite found your calling yet and are looking for a solid, long-term career – this is a fantastic opportunity.

As an apprentice you will have on the job training provided, along with courses through Drysdale, resulting in a trade qualification.

We are also after a Qualified Chef, someone that will ideally have experience in a busy kitchen/restaurant environment, and be able to hit the ground running creating dishes from our extensive menu, in our friendly crew.

We are after people that are passionate about all things food, are reliable, able to multi-task, use initiative, hard working, honest, creative, friendly, and can work well within a team, but also confident in working solo.

These opportunities are full time positions, which includes split shifts (lunch and dinner), and will be over 5 days, with 2 full days off.
