ABOUT THE OLD LAUNDRY
The Old Laundry is a small bar in North Perth that has been operating for 10 years, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout the week with most of their food made in house.
The Old Laundry now have an opportunity for an enthusiastic Apprentice Chef to join their hands on team. The successful applicant will be provided with the opportunity with a huge capacity for learning of range of skills while working towards completing a nationally recognised qualification.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Apprentice Chef your role will include but is not limited to:
- Working with a seasonal menu - modern Australian and Mediterranean cuisine
- Learning service and cooking dishes from menu
- Working alongside and assisting qualified chef
- Working on making a wide range of dishes such as pastas & desserts etc.
- All aspects of your course with structured, on-going support
ABOUT YOU
The Old Laundry is looking for someone who:
- Works well in a team environment
- Is a motivated individual
- Has a passion for cooking
- Is willing to learn and takes directions well
- Has a driver’s license - preferred
