SalaryBombora is an established water front cafe restaurant overlooking Wollongong Harbour. Bombora is open for brunch 8 am to 3 pm daily and for dinners on Friday and Saturday nights.
Bombora is looking for a chef to join their team of friendly talented individuals.
What we are looking for
- someone with brunch experience in a fast paced venue
- someone with experience preparing and cooking seafood
- ability to work individually in quieter periods or as a team in busy periods
- ability to prepare meals to company standard in a timely fashion
- a friendly positive can do personality to foster a harmonious work environment
- someone with great communication skills
- someone with a passion for food
- someone with a keen eye for presentation
