- Previous expericne working as a cook or Chef De Partie
- Maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment
- Liaising with the head chef regarding customers and general service of kitchen operations,
- Ability to cook a broad range of food items,Western cuisine
- A formal qualification in commercial cookery and experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen
- A thorough understanding of Food Safety principles and Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures,
- Team player with positive attitude
