Qualifications & experience
- 3+ years of experience in culinary based kitchen Certification in Hospitality Excellent food knowledge
Tasks & responsibilities
- Ensure high performance and maintain, quality, excellence and hospitality throughout each days service periods Maintain positive working relationship with all the members of venue in all times Ensure that all recipes, product, food preparation and execution meet the venues specifications.
