Applicants must have previous experience in a busy kitchen, be capable of maintaining consistent standards under pressure, take pride in food presentation and enjoy working in a team environment.

- Hard working & organised, with positive attitude
- Exemplary knife skills
- Quick & consistent through prep and service
- Ability to manage your own sections and functions
- Deliver consistently high standard of presentation throughout service
- Take pride in food presentation, always ensuring top quality
- Good communication skills
- Food Hygiene compliance, knowledge and practices
- Availability for rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
