Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
Station Management: Oversee and manage a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Quality Control: Monitor the taste, texture, and presentation of dishes to maintain the highest culinary standards.
Inventory Management: Assist in inventory control, including ordering and stock rotation.
Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of orders..
Creativity: Contribute to menu development and special offerings, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Safety and Hygiene: Follow strict food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and clean kitchen environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
