- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a high-caliber restaurant.
- Enthusiastic about working collaboratively within a kitchen team and dedicated to culinary excellence.
- Stay updated with culinary trends and contribute ideas to enhance our menu offerings.
- Proficient in maintaining inventory, assisting with kitchen operations, and minimizing wastage.
- Skilled in preparing dishes and assisting with menu costing.
